Hospital Bag Checklist for Giving Birth in Germany

I drove myself a little crazy packing my hospital bag. I looked at endless websites and PDF checklists, compared them all, and tried to figure out what you actually need.
In the end, I only used about 15% of what I had packed.

Hospital Bag Checklist for your Little One

The things your little one truly needs aren’t actually that many. Depending on the hospital, many essentials are already provided. Diapers and baby wipes are part of the standard supplies in most hospitals. Sleep sacks, bodysuits, and onesies are also often available.
However, at the latest when it’s finally time to go home, you should have your own clothes for
your baby with you. It’s recommended to bring clothing in size 50/56, as this size fits most newborns well.
